Who and how to buy property in Croatia

From the beginning of February 2009, the Croatian Government has removed all obstacles to EU citizens concerning the purchase of real estate in Croatia and brought a new law which treat the EU citizens the same way as Croatian citizens. With this move, ceased to apply special procedures and waiting lists as essential in our business. Because our clients are mostly foreigners, it is very important to nationality or country of origin, because it was one of the basic conditions for the possibility of the acquisition of real estate in Croatia by them reciprocity possibility of Croatian citizens to buy property in their country, or a country with which Croatia has signed an agreement on equalization of rights when buying property.
